Details about Recorded Calls
To apply to have a coaching session with Wendy please complete the form below. Provide as much detail as you can.
After the form is submitted, Wendy will send you a reply email within a couple of days. In that email she will ask you some other qualifying questions to make sure that your topic will work for the goals of this website.
If your topic does fit into the goal, and she decides to use you for a recorded call she will arrange the appointment.
You will then be asked to download the form below, sign it and return it to her.
Prior to the appointment Wendy will set up a quick 20 - 30 minute "Get to know you" phone call so that the two of you are familiar with each other and do not need to do the introductions on the day of the recorded call. During the "Get to know you" call Wendy will probably ask a few questions about your situation so that she knows how best to start the discussion on the day of the recorded call.
Wendy's coaching appointments are about 2 hours in length. Please plan to have at least 2.5 hours of time that will not be interrupted that you and she can be on the phone. That is no guarantee that you will spend 2.5 hours on the call, but if the topic needs that long then she needs you to have it available in your schedule.
One the day of the recorded call, please have a box of kleenex available, it is often needed because tears do flow from time to time. Also, have note paper and a pen. Your call will of course be recorded so you can go back and listen to it anytime. That is one advantage that most of Wendy's clients do not have.
Wendy will call you on at the scheduled time, or a few minutes after. If she is going to be any later than about 5 minutes she will text you a message telling you that she has run into an issue. Sometimes getting the technical details set up for a recorded call slows her down.
