This website and blog are designed to provide with you with ideas and tools that will help you to develop your strength to be a better you.
This site is not meant to be therapeutic in any way, it is simply suggestions of tools, books, services, anything that I find of potential benefit. If you have a therapist or life coach that you are working with do not disregard their suggestions if you find something here that you would rather try, instead, share it with your support team (therapist, life coach, etc) so that they can support you along your journey.
I do not share anything on My Loving Self that I do not personally recommend. And while I may not have used all of the products or books that I recommend I know people who have used them and have liked them.
The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is a topic that I have been asked about regularly since it was made popular in 2011 by the documentary movie called THE SECRET.
I have used the Law of Attraction (LoA) techniques in my personal life since about 2009 and while I have been fairly successful I knew that there was more that could be happening with it, but I, like so many others, had never figured out exactly what was missing.
Then, in the summer of 2019, I discovered Manifestation Magic which is soothing, relaxing audio tracks designed to fill in those missing pieces. Within a few days things started to feel different for me and within a few weeks stuff that I had been working on for a decade became a reality.

I am very glad that you are here. I created My Loving Self as a support tool for my life coaching clients. Then, after a year or so more and more people joined and it took off from there to become and inspirational place to find reminders to love yourself first, and take care of yourself first, because if you don't you won't be able to take care of others.
Self-Love and Self-Care involve many things including, but not limited to: boundary setting and enforcing, learning to manage your emotional responses so that others don't disrupt your life, breaking the patterns set by parents and others during your growing up, and many other things.
